Josh Mendrin
Principal Broker & Founder
Born and raised in Fresno, CA, Josh Mendrin graduated from California State University, Fresno, in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Business. He officially joined The Mendrin Group in 2011 and has over 14 years of experience in agricultural real estate, specializing in the acquisition and sale of farmland and agribusiness assets.
Josh has advised and brokered hundreds of millions in transaction value across a wide range of agricultural commodities and facilities throughout California and abroad. He focuses on permanent crops, including vineyards, nut orchards, and citrus groves, as well as irrigated row crop land across California’s interior and coastal regions. His clients include family farms, institutional funds, family offices, and global agribusiness leaders. An active member of the California Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, he has served as Co-Chair of the Trends® publication, a respected industry land value report, since 2021.
